Booking Policy

A credit card on file is required for any appointment booking.

The card on file will only be used for a booking deposit if required for your appointment and will only otherwise be charged in the event of a “no-show or late cancellation” according to our policy.

Any treatment with a 2-hour or more appointment time requires a $500 booking deposit that will be applied towards your balance at the time of checkout. You may use an alternative form of payment for balance due at checkout if you wish.

By booking your appointment and providing your credit card information you are agreeing to our Cancellation/No-show policy.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We have reserved a time especially for you and your treatment. We understand that things do come up; however out of respect for our time, we ask that should you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

If you are going to be late for your appointment we ask that you please call us as soon as possible to let us know. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should you be more than 15 minutes late.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, OR you do not give us at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable $50 fee to your card on file. If your service required a deposit and you do not show up for the appointment the deposit will also be forfeited.
